  • These Emu Originals Northerly Lo boots are 100% water resistant, feature super comfortable memory foam inserts, have a stylish belt design with buckles at the sides and are crafted from Grade A, double-faced sheepskin. Luxurious and stylish, these ankle boots from Emu can be worn with everything from dresses with opaques to jeans and jumpers, to create relaxed, cosy and comfortable looks this season.
  • Refined details - the belt, which feeds through a loop at the back of the boot, is made from oiled leather and features a metallic buckle with an embossed Emu logo. The boot is designed with an asymmetric opening that has a raw edge, allowing the soft genuine sheepskin to show.
  • Outer Material: Suede Leather
  • Closure: Slip-On
  • Good for the sole -a multitude of layers underfoot include a sheepskin insole with memory foam to offer the ultimate warmth and comfort, while the outer sole features durable rubber for extra traction and ground insulation. Comfy, cosy and non-slip, these boots are a winter must-have.
  • Dry and toasty toes - waterproof technology runs throughout the boots, from the engineered waterproof suede outer and waterproof membrane, to the fully sealed seams and waterproof binding on the sole. Even if you get caught in a shower or find yourself dodging puddles these boots will keep your feet warm and dry.
  • Year-round comfort - the premium Australian sheepskin used to construct this boot breathes naturally, keeping your feet warm in the winter and cool in summer, while naturally wicking away moisture to prevent odours.

Availability of data and materials

Transcriptome data of intestine and gill in eels are available in DDBJ database with accession number DRA004257 and DRA004258 respectively.

Authors’ contributions

MW wrote the manuscript, maintained fish stock, performed real time PCR, measurement of ions, HPLC purification, and data analyses. TT and SP performed histology and TT analyzed the histology data. MW and NO performed the EPMA analysis. HO and WI analyzed sequencing data, performed mapping, assembled eel transcriptome, and analyzed expression data. YS performed the RNA sequencing. YT coordinated the project. All authors read, edited, and approved the final manuscript.

Summary of expression of known epithelial growth factors that regulates goblet cells (Noah et al., 2011;[ 33 ]) during the early seawater transfer (1h – 3h) in gill, anterior and posterior intestine of eels. Gene expression was determined by quantitative RNA-seq. Gene expressions were compared between time-dependent FW-FW and FW-SW transfer. Arrows indicate the insignificant change, upregulation (magenta) and downregulation (green). Statistical significance is indicated by *(<0.05), **(<0.01), and *** (<0.001) after two-way ANOVA, Bonferroni’s test. low expression (average less than 50 reads/million), no detectable expression. 'Field of study' refers to the discipline or area of learning/training associated with a particular course or programme of study.

This variable refers to the predominant discipline or area of learning or training of a person's highest completed postsecondary certificate, diploma or degree, classified according to the Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP) Canada 2016.

This 'Major field of study' variable can be used either independently or in conjunction with the 'Highest certificate, diploma or degree' variable. When the latter is used with 'Major field of study,' it should be noted that different fields of study will be more common for different types of postsecondary qualifications. At the detailed program level, some programs are only offered by certain types of institutions.

There was an explicit instruction in the questionnaire which instructed respondents to be as specific as possible in indicating a subfield or subcategory of specialization within a broad discipline or area of training.

This variable shows the 'Variant of CIP 2016 - Alternative primary groupings' CIP variant, with the hierarchy of the primary groupings and two-digit series. When a primary grouping contains more than one subseries from series '30. Multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary studies,' these subseries are grouped together. An exception is made for '30.01 Biological and physical sciences' due to its large size. For more information on the CIP classification, see the Classification of Instructional Programs, Canada 2016 .

Certain series and their subcomponents are not used when coding major field of study for the census. These are series 21, 32 to 37 and 53, which represent non-credit and personal improvement fields of study.
